Please note that these terms and conditions cover both the kultivar.co.uk information site and the Kultivar online shopping service provided within. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before continuing to use this website. The terms and conditions regulate your use of the site and all material within it. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

We reserve the right to:- decline a new customer registration or suspend a customer’s account at any time and at our sole discretion- in our absolute discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of the services with or without notice- in our absolute discretion, to discontinue the website or services, or any part thereof, at any time, with or without notice

Our acceptance of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the goods which you have offered to purchase, we will let you know as quickly as possible and a full refund will be given. Your card will be refunded and you will be notified.

RETURNS

In the unfortunate event you are wanting to return your goods, you should contact us first for confirmation, then mail your goods to: Kultivar, 17 Tube Court, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, NE1 2DB.

Returns are only valid for 30 days from the purchase date. We are unable to accept returns after this time period. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your goods.

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 during a period of 14 days after receipt of the product. This means that during the relevant period, if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to receive or keep a product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund.

SECURITY STATEMENT

Maintaining your privacy is a priority. We won’t capture or store your card details and once you have entered your card number into a payment page, all sensitive data is encrypted and sent to the banks for processing.

Once your transaction has been submitted, you will be automatically redirected back to our site where you will receive a confirmation regarding your order.
